What does MopCrew include?
Scheduling (day/week views, drag-and-drop, recurring jobs), client management, cleaner management, automatic SMS reminders, invoicing with online payments, a mobile app for cleaners, email confirmations, and a client self-service portal.
Do my cleaners need the app?
They don't have to — they can get their schedule via text. But the free mobile app lets them see job details, client notes, addresses, and tap "On My Way" to notify clients automatically.
Can clients confirm or reschedule appointments?
Yes. Each client gets a secure portal link (sent via SMS) where they can confirm upcoming jobs, request reschedules, and update their contact info. No login required.
Does MopCrew handle invoicing?
Yes. Invoices are automatically generated when a job is completed (if you've set a price). You can also create invoices manually. Clients receive a payment link via SMS.
Can I set up recurring jobs?
Yes. When creating a job, choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurrence. MopCrew automatically generates future jobs on the schedule.
Do you support service types / pricing templates?
Yes. Create service types (e.g., "Standard Clean - $120", "Deep Clean - $200") and select them when scheduling a job. The price and duration auto-fill.

How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully running in under an hour. Add your clients, set up your schedule, and you're done. No training required.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. Upload a CSV file with your client list and MopCrew will import them. We map name, phone, email, and address fields automatically.
Can I switch from ZenMaid / Jobber / Housecall Pro?
Yes. Export your client list from your current tool, import into MopCrew, and set up your schedule. If you need help, email us and we'll walk you through it.
What size cleaning business is this for?
MopCrew is built for solo cleaners and small to mid-size crews. If you're managing a schedule and texting clients from your personal phone, this is for you.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The MopCrew mobile app is available for iOS and Android. Cleaners can view their schedule, see client details, update job status, and get push notifications.
Does it work offline?
The mobile app caches today's schedule so cleaners can see their jobs even with spotty reception. Status updates sync when connectivity returns.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI compliant). Authentication uses one-time passcodes — no passwords to leak.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your client list, job history, and invoices are all exportable. We never hold your data hostage.
