PrimeStack Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates MopCrew, a scheduling and SMS notification platform for cleaning businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, name, business name, and phone number.
Client Data: You may enter your clients' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses into the platform to manage scheduling and send SMS notifications.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics via PostHog to improve the product. This includes page views, feature usage, and device information. No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog.
Device Tokens: If you use our mobile app, we collect Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens to send push notifications.
MopCrew sends SMS messages to your clients on your behalf using Twilio. These messages include appointment reminders, "on the way" alerts, and job completion confirmations. Messages are sent from a dedicated business phone number provisioned for your account. You are responsible for having appropriate consent from your clients to receive these messages.

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed authentication tokens, and access-controlled databases. Your data is stored on servers hosted in the United States.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing us.
