These terms govern your use of MopCrew, operated by PrimeStack Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using MopCrew, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

MopCrew is a scheduling, SMS notification, and invoicing platform for cleaning businesses. We provide tools to manage clients, cleaners, job schedules, and payments.

2. Subscription & Billing

MopCrew costs $59 per month. All features are included.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. SMS Usage

Unlimited SMS is included in your subscription. SMS messages may only be sent for job-related notifications (reminders, on-the-way, completion, cancellation). Using MopCrew to send marketing messages, spam, or messages unrelated to scheduled cleaning jobs is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (client information, schedules).
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before we send them SMS messages on your behalf.
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your client lists, schedules, or business information. You may export your data at any time. If you cancel, your data is available for 30 days before deletion.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, including missed SMS notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

MopCrew is provided "as is." PrimeStack Solutions LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the SMS usage restrictions. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
